Axiomtek's trademarks and brands are Axiomtek intellectual property and are important and valuable assets of the corporation. Trademarks must be used properly. These guidelines are for Axiomtek licensees, authorized resellers, customers, and other parties wishing to use Axiomtek's trademark and brands in promotional, advertising, instructional, or reference materials, or on their websites. By following these guidelines, you help us protect our valuable trademark rights and reputation, and strengthen our corporate and brand identities. Axiomtek Branding Guidelines
Axiomtek permits its customers, partners and the media ("you") to use its name, trademarks, logos, web pages, screenshots and other brand features (the Axiomtek "Brand Features", "Trademarks" or "logos") only in limited circumstances and as specified in these Guidelines. By using Axiomtek's logos, you agree to adhere to these Guidelines and specifically to the Use Requirements and Terms below. If you have a separate agreement with Axiomtek that addresses the use of the Axiomtek brand, that agreement shall govern your use of the Axiomtek logos.
I. Our Trademarks
Axiomtek, the Axiomtek logo, and all other Axiomtek logos are registered trademarks or trademarks of Axiomtek Corporation and its affiliates in Taiwan, the United States and/or other countries.
You should include this attribution statement, as applicable, with your other trademark and copyright notices.
II. Our Logos
Logos for Use by Axiomtek Customers
As an Axiomtek customer, you may use our logos on your company page to provide or designate a link to Axiomtek's website. Your company website should disclose Axiomtek's corresponding products, solutions and services in a timely manner.
Logos for Use by Partners
If you have a current agreement with Axiomtek, other than a license to Axiomtek's APIs, you may contact Axiomtek employees and obtain logos for use in accordance with the terms of your agreement with Axiomtek and these Guidelines.
Logos for Use by the Media
Axiomtek logos may not be altered, combined with other trademarks or used in a misleading manner. Your use of these logos is subject to your compliance with these Guidelines.
Specific Logo Requests

III. Screenshots
You may use a standard Axiomtek screenshot (an image of our homepage or company page or products pages) in either print (book, magazine, journal, newspaper) or digital (web page, DVD) formats for an instructive, educational or illustrative purpose. You may not superimpose graphics, photos, or ad copy on the screenshot or otherwise change the look of the screen-captured image.

IV. Printed Materials
Axiomtek does not allow the use of its logos or the name "Axiomtek" in the title or otherwise on the cover of books or other publications without prior written permission of Axiomtek. If you are interested in using the Axiomtek name or logos in a publication, please submit your request to the Axiomtek Global Marketing team at info@axiomtek.com.tw.

V. Video and Film
If you would like to use Axiomtek’s logos in a film or video production, please submit your request to the Axiomtek Global Marketing team at info@axiomtek.com.tw.
VI. Social Media and Blogs
If you would like to use Axiomtek’s logos in a film or video production, please submit your request to the Axiomtek Global Marketing team at info@axiomtek.com.tw. Axiomtek does not allow the use of the name Axiomtek in the content of social media or blogs except as a descriptive reference to Axiomtek or its products, solutions and services. Axiomtek does not allow the use of its logos in blogs or social media except as permitted for Axiomtek customers and partners as permitted in these Guidelines.
VII. Manufactured Items
Generally, Axiomtek does not permit the use of its logos on manufactured products (T-shirts, packaging, other memorabilia). If you wish to use Axiomtek’s logos on manufactured items, please submit your request to the Axiomtek Global Marketing team at info@axiomtek.com.tw.
VIII. Use Requirements and Terms
The Axiomtek corporate logo is the most visible and recognizable trademark in the industrial computer field. It is designed to express our character and corporate spirit in the marketplace. Whenever possible, place the Axiomtek logo on a clean, clear, and solid background.
Consistent brand messaging through proper usage of the Axiomtek logo is crucial across official materials, promotional materials and other communication materials, such as catalogues, brochures, posters, advertisements, website, press, video, office materials and so on. This also applies to the use of the corporate logo on Axiomtek products, documents, and promotional items. By adhering to these guidelines you will help build recognition, reliability, and trust in the Axiomtek brand.
Logo Components
Using the Axiomtek logo properly including conveying a consistent and effective brand message to others is important, whether it appears on business cards, presentation reports, or even office buildings. This graphic standard guide establishes a basic guideline to follow whenever you use the Axiomtek logo. It will ensure that our logo reflects the quality of our services and products, as well as our commitments to consistency and professionalism.
Logo Color
The preferred printing method of the Axiomtek logo is four-color (Pantone) printing, using the Axiomtek Burgundy color for the mark and the logo type, and Axiomtek Gray for the company slogan. The equivalent (process match) colors are acceptable.
Logo Clear Space
Always leave the recommended amount of clear space around the logo, as indicated below. This area allows the logo to stand out from its surroundings. Please ensure that the logo will not be obscured by neighboring elements or typography. To ensure consistency, use logo configurations in accordance with these guidelines for all Axiomtek materials and activities, including trade shows, documents, website and other marketing collaterals.
Logo Minimum Size
The Axiomtek logo shown below is the smallest size allowed for general use. To ensure high-quality representation, please do not use any version smaller than the below one.
Single-color Logo
In single-color printing, the logo can be black, Axiomtek corporate burgundy (Pantone 229C), or reversed to the color of the paper. The equivalent CMYK (process match) color is also acceptable. Place the Axiomtek logo on a white or a solid background of good contrast whenever possible.
Do Not
Maintaining the integrity of the Axiomtek logo depends on consistent and correct usage. The following are examples of incorrect usage of the Axiomtek logo. These logos weaken the impact of the corporate image by presenting an inconsistent appearance to the public.
